Masks

  • Celebration Mask
All of the masks in this album were made from plaster castings of friends and students. The plaster masks were then used as molds for clay, handmade paper and other materials to create these masks.

Painted Flower Photographs

  • Inner Light
I begin with photographs of flowers that I have grown myself. I alter the photographs to give them a more 'painterly' feel and to enhance the colors of the images. Prices listed are for Limited Edition Giclee prints on an archival paper. Contact me for prices of images printed, stretched and mounted on canvas. I've had several done that way and they are awesome!

Flowers of Kernan

As many of you know, thanks to a fall caused by worsening MS, I had to spend 2 weeks as a guest at Kernan Rehabilitation Hospital.  Actually, "guest" is an accurate word because the care at that place is amazing.  In addition, they had a wonderous "Healing Garden" in full bloom.  It was originally designed to provide patients with a variety of surfaces on which to walk, but it gave this patient back her desire to do art.  These are the "Painted Flower Photographs" I did for some of the people at Kernan to say "Thanks" for all they did for me.  And for those of you who signed up, the bookmarks are coming soon, so get yourself some heavy paper to print them on!  Nita
